課程概述

1.Improve English reading and listening skills through methodological training and practicing;
2.Emphasize understanding of academic writings and lectures;
3.Develop visual literacy and reading comprehension through a wide range reading of real-world topics covering culture, science, social issues, and travel and adventure.
 

課程目標
The course is organized in lecture format, video clips, in-class writing practice and group oral presentation and discussion. Report writing and library research are required in this course. Classes will revolve around “themes” with corresponding readings assigned.
